All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of unavailability or sessions suspected of misuse. A full refund will be issued for any cancellations initiated by us.

Payment must be made in full prior to the session via UPI, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. An invoice will be sent before the session confirming the amount due.

You must ensure that the payment details and UPI ID used are valid and belong to you.

Sessions are conducted as guided discussions and are not recorded. Zerotree Labs does not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, or results from any consulting session.

Any content, advice, or material shared during sessions is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, or career advice.

All content on this website — including text, design, and code — is the property of Zerotree Labs. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of it without written permission.

Session content discussed between the client and Zerotree Labs remains confidential to both parties.

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our Services, whether direct, indirect, or consequential.

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorisation for any transaction due to the cardholder exceeding a preset limit mutually agreed upon with our acquiring bank.

Any dispute arising out of the use of our website, the booking of services, or any engagement with Zerotree Labs shall be subject to the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
