Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Sessions

The first session (30 min) is free of charge. No payment is collected, so no refund applies. You may cancel a free session at any time via Cal.com.

Client Cancellations

  • Cancelled more than 24 hours before the session — Full refund issued within 5–7 business days to the original UPI account.
  • Cancelled less than 24 hours before the session — No refund. The session fee is forfeited.
  • No-show — No refund. The session fee is forfeited.

Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before the session via Cal.com at no extra charge.

Cancellations by Zerotree Labs

If Zerotree Labs cancels or reschedules a session due to unavailability or any other reason on our end, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days. In most cases, refunds are processed the same day.

Completed Sessions

No refunds are issued for sessions that have been completed, regardless of outcome. Please ensure you are satisfied with the session format before booking.

How Refunds Are Processed

All payments are made via UPI. Refunds are returned to the same UPI ID used for payment. If the original UPI ID is unavailable, please contact us and we will arrange an alternative.

Refund timeline: 5–7 business days (typically same day).
